When you purchase a course (whether online or in-person), an account will be created for you. If you already have an account, you may log in using your existing credentials

Confirmation

A legally binding agreement comes into effect when we issue a confirmation email with details of your course access, including location for in-person courses, or access credentials for online courses. You will also receive a payment receipt.

Payment Information

To purchase a course, you will need to provide payment details including card number, expiry date, and billing address. By providing this information, you confirm:

  • You are legally authorised to use the payment method.
  • The information you provide is accurate.
  • Crafito is not liable for errors due to incorrect or false information.

Payments are securely processed via Stripe, an integrated payment provider on our platform.

5. Payment Terms

  • All payments are made in pounds sterling (GBP).
  • Any currency conversion fees or charges from your payment provider are your responsibility.
  • Prices include VAT at the applicable rate.
  • Payments for both online and in-person courses are processed via Stripe, a secure payment provider integrated into our platform.

6. Accreditation and Certification

Accreditation

Courses may be either:

  • Original courses created by Crafito Arts and Film Academy, or
  • Partner courses offered through authorised third-party training organisations.

Where applicable, courses will include details of their accreditation body or certification status on the course information page.

Certification

  • A certificate will be issued upon successful completion of course assessments.
  • Learners must achieve the minimum pass mark outlined in the course to be eligible.
  • We do not guarantee recognition of certificates by third parties or institutions.

7. Course Access and Expiry

Access Duration (Online Courses)

  • Online courses remain accessible for 2 years from the date of purchase or until completion, whichever comes first.

Access to In-Person Courses

  • In-person course access is granted for the duration of the course as specified in the course details.

8. Intellectual Property

Ownership

All content, materials, videos, and digital assets used in Crafito’s original and hosted courses remain the intellectual property of Crafito Arts and Film Academy London Ltd or its partners.
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use these materials for the sole purpose of completing the course.
Reproduction, distribution, or unauthorised sharing of course content is strictly prohibited.

9. Non-Transferability

  • Purchased courses (online or in-person) may not be transferred to another person.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
  • Any unauthorised use of your account must be reported to us immediately.

10. Termination of Account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if:

  • False information is provided during registration.

The in-person courses delivered by Crafito Arts and Film Academy London(‘’Crafito’’) are governed by the same expectations of academic and professional conduct.

This Honour Code sets out the principles that learners must follow to maintain a fair, respectful, and authentic learning environment across all courses and programmes offered by Crafito.

By joiningCrafito courses, you agree to abide by this Honour Code and all relevant Terms of Use, as well as any specific academic or conduct policies.

Purpose of the Honour Code

Academic dishonesty undermines the value of qualifications and discredits the legitimate efforts of others. Therefore, breaches of this Honour Code may result in disciplinary action, including suspension of access, revocation of certificates, and other corrective measures.

What Constitutes Academic Misconduct?

3. Unauthorised Collaboration

  • Working with other learners on assignments, quizzes, or exams unless group work is explicitly permitted by the course instructions.
  • Sharing ideas or content that are meant to be completed independently.

4. Contract Cheating

  • Paying, trading, or arranging for someone else to complete assessments, projects, or exams on your behalf.
  • Using services or platforms to buy or sell academic work related to courses offered by Crafito Arts and Film Academy London.

5. Impersonation

  • Completing work while logged into another learner’s account or having another person complete work on your behalf.
